Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in IT services. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in business development, specifically working with international clients. You will be responsible for driving sales and business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development : Drive new business opportunities and lead generation efforts within the IT services domain.
- Client Acquisition : Identify and develop relationships with potential international clients. Develop strategies to attract and secure new business from these clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and clients, ensuring their satisfaction with Shaligram Infotech’s services.
- Proposal Management: Lead the preparation of proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with the company’s offerings.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position Shaligram Infotech’s services in the market.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Regularly report on sales progress, client feedback, and business development activities. Provide accurate forecasts and updates to management.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, specifically within the IT services industry.
- International Experience: Proven experience in managing international client accounts, understanding global market dynamics, and working across multiple regions.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud services, IT consulting, and outsourcing.
- Skills:
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
